WEX Full Acquiring	3.50% of gross sales (including taxes & charges)	• $0.20 per manual card sale (if not due to WEX equipment/comm failure) • $0.30 per voice authorization (non-electronic) • Buypass base rate + $0.010 per fleet card transaction	• $25/hr per employee for WEX research services (if requested) • Fiserv may add/modify fees with 30 days’ notice, incl. alternate fuel surcharges (propane, CNG, E85, M85, etc)
