Merchants Overview
This Merchants page of the Dashboard includes all MIDs boarded under your account. Click the filter on the top-right to filter this list.
Click on the merchant name to view details specific to a client.
Merchant Statuses:
Approved | When a merchant is initially approved they will go to this status. |
Inactive | When a merchant doesn’t batch for 5 consecutive days. |
Live | When a merchant is processing transactions and has batches within the last 5 days. |
Closed | Merchants that were closed which can be for multiple reasons such as risk issues, merchant’s request, etc. |
